南航艾维国际飞行学院（南京）有限公司（以下简称“南航艾维”）是由南京航空航天大学、中国航空技术国际控股有限公司和南非试飞学院（ Test flying academy of South Africa ）三方共同投资成立的培养高素质、国际化的民用航空及通用航空飞行人员的合资公司。南航艾维成立于2010年7月，是一家已获得中国民航局批准的CCAR-141部飞行器驾驶员培训学校，公司注册地址在江苏省省会南京，国内飞行训练主基地设在徐州观音机场，国外飞行训练基地设在南非的乔治（George）与奥尚(Oudtshoorn)（注：南航艾维的国外基地现名称为艾维南非国际飞行学院，是独立法人主体）。
