Eston Automation (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 002747) was founded in 1993. Eston deeply understands market demands and, combined with innovative technology, has successfully cultivated three core businesses:

(1) Industrial automation series products. Eston possesses core motion control technology with independent intellectual property rights, creating a dual brand of TRIO and Estun. Products include HMI, CNC systems, motion controllers, PLCs, AC servo systems (50W-200KW), encoders, and other rich automation core components, covering the information layer, control layer, drive layer, and execution layer. These provide complete TRIO+ESTUN intelligent control solutions for industries such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, lithium batteries, packaging, textiles, and machine tools.

(2) Industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Based on independent core robot technology, Eston has developed 95 industrial robot products covering loads from 3kg to 1200kg. Products include SCARA robots, collaborative robots, general multi-joint robots, and industry-specific robots (high protection, cleanroom, explosion-proof, bending, palletizing, welding, stamping, etc.). With dozens of mature industry process software packages, these are widely used in various fields such as automobiles, photovoltaics, lithium batteries, automotive parts, electronics manufacturing, engineering machinery, and marine engineering, helping leading brands in the industry to build lighthouse factories.

(3) Digital products and digital services. Products include industrial software and digital platforms, covering the full lifecycle solution of production line design and validation, integrated delivery, and operation and maintenance services. The E-Noesis cloud platform and remote operation and maintenance platform E-Care have been created, providing digital functions such as process quality inspection and optimization, fault warning analysis, remote operation and maintenance, and data fusion. These functions make equipment parameters, process parameters, production capacity, and quality data transparent, creating digital core competitiveness for users.

Continuously focusing on innovative technology, Eston has developed solutions such as teaching-free welding, teaching-free grinding, and vision-guided random bin picking. By integrating multiple cross-domain technologies including motion control, machine vision, and AI programming, it has achieved teaching-free operation, easy deployment, and improved usability. Based on Eston's new-generation NGC control platform, we provide users with an ERI implementation and operation platform with stronger secondary development capabilities. This platform integrates multiple APIs, development kits, and SDK interfaces, and also provides a real-time interaction channel (supporting a 4ms communication rate), offering complete solutions in fields such as multi-robot collaboration, robot plus external axis/multi-dimensional sensors.

Eston actively lays out the global industrial chain, partnering with world-renowned manufacturers such as TRIO in the UK, CLOOS in Germany, and M.A.i in Germany to build a growth-oriented cooperation ecosystem and achieve global service and support.
