Nanjing Cosmos Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cosmos Chemical) was founded in April 2000, primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of flavors and fragrances, active ingredients for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, and plastic additives. Cosmos Chemical currently has two major production bases, located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. Among them, its subordinate Ma'anshan factory—Anhui Shengnuobei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.—is built according to GMP standards for APIs and has passed on-site audits by the US FDA. Over the years, Cosmos Chemical has adhered to a market-oriented business policy and now possesses leading process technology, R&D capabilities, and product quality in relevant fields, with numerous internationally renowned first-tier brand clients such as L'Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, NIVEA, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Bayer, and Givaudan.

Suqian Cosmos Chemical Co., Ltd. (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary)
Suqian Cosmos Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Suqian Cosmos) was established in October 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmos Chemical, located in the Suqian Ecological Chemical Technology Industrial Park. Suqian Cosmos is dedicated to the production, research, development, and sales of flavors, fragrance raw materials, sunscreen raw materials, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, and plastic additives. It was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in 2013 and has obtained certifications for Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008), Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2004), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSOS18001:2007). It is recognized as a "Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise," "Jiangsu Technology-Based SME," and "Jiangsu Outstanding Private Enterprise for Technology Innovation."
Anhui Shengnuobei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary)
Anhui Shengnuobei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anhui Shengnuobei) was established in November 2010 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmos Chemical, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of sunscreen products. It was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in 2015. Anhui Shengnuobei is built and operated according to GMP standards for APIs, managed with reference to USP pharmacopoeia standards, and has obtained certifications for Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008), Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2004), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSOS18001:2007), and Social Accountability Management System (SA8000:2008), and has passed on-site audits by the US FDA.
