深圳大学建筑设计研究院成立于1986年，是建设部批准的全国综合甲级设计单位，设上海分院、西安分院二家分支机构，也是深大源建筑技术研究有限公司的控股单位。主要从事建筑工程设计、城镇规划、居住区规划设计、室内外装修设计和园林景观设计，涉及建设前期咨询、规划研究和建筑技术咨询等研究课题，完成的项目遍布全国数十个大中城市。西安分院成立于2004年4月份，是总院直属分支机构。分院现拥有各类专业技术及管理人员近150人，国家一级注册建筑师3人,国家一级注册结构师2人，注册规划师1人。分院拥有先进的计算机设备及丰富的各类中外文建筑图书资料，在同行业中具有领先地位。分院自成立之日起，质量控制严格按总院来执行。近年来，承接有多项大型公共建筑项目的设计及顾问工作，并与多家著名房地产开发商有长期、全方位的合作关系。
