Kingold Property

Founded in September 1996, Kingold Property Management is a Sino-foreign joint venture and wholly-owned subsidiary of Kingold Group Co., Ltd. It is one of the first enterprises in Guangdong Province to obtain national Class A property management qualification. With total assets of RMB 500 million and over 860 professional management, technical, and service personnel, it currently manages multiple benchmark projects, including Huiyue Court, Kingold International, Huijing New Town, and Congdu One Courtyard, with a total managed area of 1.67 million square meters.

Upholding Kingold Group's corporate culture of "integrity, determination, and openness," Kingold Property, as one of the earliest professional property management institutions in China, has always adhered to the service tenet of "cordial service, conscientious management."
