It is a mixed-ownership enterprise jointly funded by Jiangxi Express Asset Operation Co., Ltd., PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Tongli Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., and is affiliated with Jiangxi Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise with the largest asset scale in Jiangxi Province.
