Hunan Popcorn Culture Communication Co., Ltd. was established on July 7, 2016. It is a young startup company composed of a group of young people who persist in their dreams. The company is committed to advocating youth living culture, with its main business being "Popcorn Youth Apartments", and also involves decoration design and construction, building materials, soft furnishings, e-commerce, youth lazy culture, etc. The company adopts group-based operation, has established a complete industrial chain, and realizes one-stop service. At present, the head office owns three controlled companies: Hunan Popcorn Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., Hunan Mihua Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hunan Popcorn Home Design Co., Ltd. The apartment operation model adopts the method of either renting or buying, fully renovating roughcast houses, making them ready for move-in, then renting them to young people, and then through effective management and the exploration of living culture, establishing a living culture ecological industry platform. At present, the company's main direction is distributed, while also carrying out a one-stop full-industry-chain housing leasing service business model. After more than a year of effort, the company team has established an operating team of more than 40 people including design, construction, soft furnishings, operations, and capital operation platforms. It has established stable channels for building materials and soft furnishing procurement suppliers, has formed standardized products, has fully used intelligent systems, has formulated project operation procedures and rules, has completed the first round of financing goals and built a financing platform. Project operation has reached the conditions for rapid development and has entered a period of stable development. At present, Popcorn Youth Apartments has developed or is developing more than 600 apartments. The occupancy rate of those already developed for external rental is as high as over 95%, and it already has more than 800 tenants.
