公司注册资本为人民币2亿3千万元，目前设有全资或控股辽宁、吉林、内蒙、秦皇岛、山东五个省级连锁公司及辽宁批发公司。自2000年11月11日*家门店开业至今，已有门店近800家，年销售额20亿元人民币，一直位于全国连锁医药销售十强。
公司总部设在沈阳，现有员工近8000名，其中，各级管理人员一千多名，门店销售人员近七千名。目前，公司拥有医药及相关专业的员工五千多名，公司拥有目前中国北方*大并通过国家GSP认证的现代医药零售物流中心，该中心占地面积近六万平方米，一期建筑面积26000平方米。该物流中心实行全程计算机网络技术管理，具有较强的配送能力。
