II. Development History
1998: Shiyida was formally established and began operations, mainly engaged in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services);
2004: Established a subsidiary in Wuxi -- Wuxi Shiyida;
2007: Shiyida was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 002137);
2010: Shiyida entered the LED field;
2013: Shiyida Lighting Co., Ltd. was officially established, and the LED business was independently operated by Shiyida Lighting;
2015: Shiyida underwent transformation and upgrading, entered the SaaS field, and changed its name to: Maidashuzi;
2015: Shiyida's original EMS business was transferred to the subsidiary Shiyida Industry Co., Ltd. for independent operation, professionally providing PCBA intelligent manufacturing services for high-end electronic products and industrial products. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the production, sales, and service of intelligent hardware equipment products.
2016: Shiyida Lighting Co., Ltd. increased its shares and capital, changed its name to: Shiyida Technology, and was listed on the New Third Board (stock code 839575, abbreviated as "Shiyida"). Shiyida once again entered the capital market, embarking on a new journey.
2016: Shiyida established a subsidiary - Shenzhen Shiyida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an intelligent home system solution provider integrating the design, R&D, production, and sales of intelligent lighting and smart home products, opening a new chapter in the fields of smart cities and smart homes.
2017 and the future:
