Zhejiang Urban and Rural Planning Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, holds Class A qualifications for urban and rural planning compilation issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Class A qualifications for architectural industry (architectural engineering) approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, special Class A qualifications for landscape architecture engineering design, Class A qualifications for construction engineering supervision, Class B professional qualifications for municipal industry (road engineering, bridge engineering, water supply engineering, drainage engineering), as well as Class B professional qualifications for engineering consulting (municipal public works). The institute can provide clients with high-quality design services for planning, architecture, municipal engineering, and landscape projects, and is also qualified to undertake general contracting of corresponding construction projects within the scope of its qualifications, as well as project management and related technical and management consulting services.

In recent years, high-quality landscape and architectural projects completed include Hangzhou Fushou Lake Park, Tonglu County Yingchun South Road, Lin'an Qianjin Avenue, Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Central Lake, Changshan County Riverside Park, Suqian Maling River Sponge Park, Fuzhou Huayu Mengyuan, Wuxi Jiangnan University, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo City soft landscape project, Xishang Rose Garden, and Deqing Yingxi Taoyuan and other Greentown residential landscape designs, landscaping design for the 19th Asian Games media village plot; architectural and landscape design for the Wenzhou Dragon Boat Sports Base of the 19th Asian Games, Hangzhou Xinyi Building, Jinhai Campus Phase II of Zhejiang Oriental Vocational and Technical College, Dongwu Nine-year Consistent School and Dongwu Kindergarten, and Taizhou Luqiao Hexi Future Community, as well as lighting design for projects such as the G20 Hangzhou Summit, Xiamen BRICS Summit, SCO Qingdao Summit, Beijing 70th National Day Celebration, Wuzhen World Internet Conference, and the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games venues including Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, Aquatics Center, and Comprehensive Training Hall, where our institute participated as chief designer. These projects have not only received praise from owners but also gained high attention and widespread acclaim from relevant leaders, experts, and the public. The institute's key landscape lighting designs include the G20 Hangzhou Summit, Xiamen BRICS Summit, SCO Qingdao Summit, Beijing 70th National Day Celebration, Wuzhen World Internet Conference, and the 19th Asian Games. Among them, the institute took the lead in designing lighting engineering projects such as the north bank of the Qiantang River in G20 (from Bridge 1 to Bridge 3), the south bank of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou Binjiang District, both sides of the Hangzhou Canal, the three islands of West Lake, Hangzhou West Lake State Guesthouse, Wushan Scenic Area in West Lake Scenic Area, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, Haier Road in the central urban area of Laoshan District, Wuzhen Internet International Convention and Exhibition Center, Fuzhou urban area, landscape lighting on both sides of the Grand Canal in Tongzhou District, Beijing, and Nanjing Jianye District, receiving high attention and widespread acclaim from relevant leaders, experts, and the public.
