“法天使”（*），2015年成立于北京，是由一群法律人和工程师共同创造的法律科技项目，目标是建设中国合同库，提升法律人审合同、写合同的效率。截至目前，法天使已经完成了四轮融资，获得了法律出版社的战略投资。四年来，法天使联合法律出版社，推出中国合同库出版计划，建设中国合同库，出版图书14册；作为微软合作伙伴，开发出嵌入文档的法天使律师助手，帮助律师高效起草和审查合同。
