Founded on June 18, 2001, it was listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 26, 2011 (stock abbreviation: "Huayu Software", stock code: 300271). With a registered capital of 810 million yuan, the company is a group enterprise with more than 10 member companies, over 7,000 employees, and its headquarters located in Tsinghua Science Park, Haidian District, Beijing, with work locations spread across the country.
