Founded in 2013, iCourt Law School has independently developed an innovative curriculum on professional thinking and skills, law firm management solutions, and a series of legal technology products. To date, more than 100,000 legal professionals have attended iCourt classes and use legal technology products daily, and this number is growing rapidly every day. The Law School's course series mainly covers legal big data, legal visualization, court appearances, evidence, writing, negotiation, public speaking, psychology, legal research, litigation reversal, contract review, legal counsel, due diligence, legal pricing, and legal project management. Through systematic learning, it comprehensively enhances legal professionals' core business capabilities, market development abilities, and skills in new legal technologies. Law firm management solutions mainly include partner point-based compensation, recruitment and incentive systems, legal product design, client course development, and law firm branding, while helping law firms and teams build the most innovative management model in the Internet era: the law firm's large middle office. Through the latest technology and organizational models, it standardizes legal services, stabilizes team development, and normalizes the expansion of case sources. Currently, the most widely used legal technology product among Chinese lawyers, the Alpha system, is a legal intelligent operating system integrating tools such as legal big data, professional template libraries, law firm management, case management, and document management. In many professional fields, we have also developed evidence systems, legal counsel systems, legal-tax systems, case source systems, and high-end litigation systems. The application of these technological products can greatly improve lawyers' case handling efficiency, legal service pricing, and law firm team management.
