MCC Nanfang (Wuhan) Heavy Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanfang Heavy Industry Company) is a modern manufacturing enterprise initiated and controlled by MCC Nanfang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., integrating research, development, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and service of metallurgical equipment, large non-standard mechanical equipment, and precision spare parts. Its products cover equipment for sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, continuous casting, section steel, hot rolling, and cold rolling in the steel industry, as well as equipment for non-ferrous metals, hydropower, railway, and other industries in the non-steel sector. It is a high-tech enterprise recognized in the first batch by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province, and has passed ISO 9001 quality system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety system certification. It is also a licensed foreign trade enterprise.
Nanfang Heavy Industry Company currently has two production bases in Fenghuangshan and Yangluo Development Zone, covering a total area of over 300 mu, with more than 140 various processing equipment, a total of 30 various process R&D personnel, and 77 CNC operators with college degree or above. Since its establishment, the company has provided more than 4,000 sets of various metallurgical complete equipment and more than 600 units of various large non-standard equipment to major domestic steel mills such as Baosteel, Ansteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Shagang, and Rizhao Steel.
