I. Company Overview
Shenzhen Huaxi Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd. is a social construction supervision unit with legal person status approved by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government in May 1985. In November 1993, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction as one of the first 59 Grade A supervision units for building construction engineering supervision in China. Its predecessor was China Huaxi Engineering Site Management Company. In December 2002, due to enterprise restructuring, it was renamed Shenzhen Huaxi Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. In May 2016, due to business development needs, the company changed its original name from Shenzhen Huaxi Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. to Shenzhen Huaxi Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd. It also possesses Grade A qualification for building construction engineering supervision and Grade B qualification for municipal public engineering supervision.
The company passed ISO9002 international quality system certification in December 1999, and passed the ISO9001:2008 version quality system conversion certification in July 2010; in February 2012, it passed ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification. From 2005 to 2013, it was rated as an advanced supervision enterprise by the Shenzhen Supervision Engineers Association.
II. Business Scope
The company is mainly engaged in the entire process of construction supervision for industrial and civil building engineering, municipal engineering, road and bridge engineering, etc., within the scope of various engineering qualification grades, including project feasibility analysis, scheme planning, design, pre-construction preparation, construction and warranty stages, and provides consulting services such as engineering construction, real estate development planning, technology and economics.
III. Technical Force and Various Instruments and Equipment
The company currently has 445 employees, including 35 with senior titles, 121 with intermediate titles, and 48 with junior titles. Engineering technical and economic personnel account for more than 97% of the total staff. The company currently has 40 people with national registered supervision engineer qualification certificates, 12 Shenzhen registered supervision engineers, 8 registered cost engineers, and 18 senior experts in various industries. All supervision personnel have Shenzhen supervision qualification certificates. The engineers undertaking construction supervision and project planning and development work are mostly university graduates and college graduates or above, with rich practical experience in engineering planning, construction technology, on-site management, and construction supervision, and have strong organizational coordination ability and high professional and technical level.
The company currently has various testing instruments (total station, theodolite, concrete rebound hammer, weld gauge, digital multimeter, megohmmeter, grounding resistance tester, tachometer, laser rangefinder, etc.). They are mainly used to detect the quality status of building materials, building equipment, and engineering entities, and truthfully reflect and record important activities and their products during the construction process, providing evidence for post-analysis and verification. According to the project introduction, the company is equipped with computers, copiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, and other modern office equipment, mainly used for computer calculation and the collection, organization, and analysis of various information and materials, and the management of various reports, documents, and materials. At the same time, the company has established a local area network between projects and the company to facilitate information exchange between projects and the company, and between projects.
IV. Business Development and Achievements
The company's supervision business is mainly based in Shenzhen and has expanded to Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Zhengzhou, Hainan, Qingdao, Nanchang, Chengdu, Mianyang, and other places. The engineering projects mainly undertaken for supervision are mostly key, influential, landmark public high-rise and super high-rise civil buildings, as well as large residential communities, large factory buildings, and other public buildings. They have the characteristics of complex structures, complete functions, high decoration and renovation standards, large investment scale, and short construction periods.
Over the past 31 years, a total of 228 large and medium-sized industrial and civil buildings, municipal, road and bridge engineering projects have been supervised, with a total project investment of 235.086 billion yuan and a total construction area of 20.7505 million square meters. For ultra-deep and super high-rise large buildings, there are 24 projects with heights above ground exceeding 100m, including 7 projects with heights exceeding 300m, 17 projects with 3-story basements, 5 projects with 4-story basements, and 33 projects with a single project construction area exceeding 100,000 square meters, including 7 projects exceeding 200,000 square meters. The main completed engineering projects have all been rated as excellent in engineering quality. Through the practice of engineering construction supervision since the company's establishment, a complete supervision work system and supervision system have been formed.
From 1999 to now, the engineering projects supervised by our company have won a total of 88 various awards, including: Shenzhen Wireless Building and World Trade Center Building won the national "Luban Prize", Shenzhen TV Center won the national "Quality Engineering Award (Silver Award)", 12 projects including Shenzhen Xinghe SOHO Shopping Park were rated as provincial and municipal "Quality Engineering", 11 projects including Information College and Shenzhen Cultural Center won national and provincial and municipal "Architectural Engineering Decoration Awards", 22 projects including Tianli Central Business Plaza were rated as provincial and municipal "Safety Production Civilized Construction Excellent Sites", "Demonstration Civilized Projects" and "Double Excellent Model Sites", etc.
