Our company was established in July 1990 and is affiliated with the municipal large enterprise—Shenzhen Dongbu Development (Group) Co., Ltd. It is one of the earliest supervision companies established in the country. In 1993, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction as one of the first batch of Grade A construction supervision companies, possessing Grade A qualifications for housing construction engineering, Grade A for municipal public works, and Grade A for engineering bidding agency. It is one of the largest and strongest supervision companies in Shenzhen and is a standing council member of the China Construction Supervision Association. Our company passed ISO9002 quality system certification in 1999 and obtained the certificate, being one of the earliest enterprises in Shenzhen's supervision industry to receive this certification. The company has strong technical force and rich management experience. It currently has over a hundred engineering and technical personnel, including 42 senior engineers, with intermediate and senior titles accounting for 80% of the staff, 40 registered supervision engineers, 12 members of the expert database of the Shenzhen Construction Bureau Trading Center, 8 national registered cost engineers, and 8 Shenzhen decoration supervision engineers. All company personnel have undergone supervision training and hold certificates. The company has a complete set of professional technologies, a reasonable age mix, a complete, scientific, and rigorous supervision work system, and is assisted by a computer information management system. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken more than 200 supervision projects, with a total construction area of over 8 million square meters, and a project qualification rate of 100%. The supervised projects include various residential communities, municipal works, industrial plants, high-tech R&D centers, and production bases. The 48-story Jiangsu Building in Shenzhen's central area, supervised by our company, is a super high-rise building and has won the "Guangdong Province Civilized Construction Site Model Site" and the "1999 Construction Safety Award." The supervised municipal project Binhai Avenue won the Guangdong Province High-Quality Model Project and in 2002 won China's highest municipal engineering award, the "National Municipal Golden Cup Demonstration Project Award." The large high-rise residential area Xiangyu Central (formerly Jingyu Garden) won the 2006 Shenzhen High-Quality Project Golden Bull Award and the 2006 Guangdong Province Construction Engineering Golden Craftsman Award. The Qiaoxiang Village affordable housing project won the 2008 Guangdong Province Construction Engineering Safety Production and Civilized Construction Excellent Model Site; the Bao'an Avenue asphalt pavement project won the 2008 Guangdong Province Municipal Excellent Model Project; the Shenzhen Metro 5206 bid section won the 2008 Advanced Unit in Rail Transit Engineering Construction; and the Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention relocation and reconstruction project won the 2008 Shenzhen Safety Production and Civilized Construction Excellent Site Award.
