Wuhan Dida Architectural Design Co., Ltd., formerly the Architectural Design and Research Institute of China University of Geosciences, was founded in 1985. It now holds a Grade A design certificate for the construction industry (architectural engineering) approved by the national construction authority (including Grade A architectural decoration engineering design, Grade A building curtain wall engineering design, Grade A light steel structure engineering design, Grade A building intelligent system design, Grade A lighting engineering design, and Grade A fire protection facilities engineering design); Grade B for landscape architecture; and a Grade B urban planning design certificate. It can undertake corresponding construction project general contracting business within the scope permitted by its qualification certificates, as well as project management and related technical and management services. The company currently has 182 employees, including 169 engineering technicians and economic management personnel with professional titles, among whom 28 have senior titles or above and 93 have intermediate titles; there are 7 national Class 1 registered architects and 5 Class 2 registered architects, 6 national Class 1 registered structural engineers and 3 Class 2 registered structural engineers, 11 national registered urban planners, 11 national registered water supply and drainage, electrical, and HVAC engineers, and 23 other national registered personnel such as registered supervision engineers, registered construction engineers, and registered cost engineers. All are energetic and vibrant young and middle-aged technical backbones with rich design and management experience.
