本公司是日本独资企业，已通过ISO9001：2000及ISO14001认证，并于2002年取得索尼绿色采购伙伴认证。工厂开设于1990年，位于深圳市宝安区沙井镇，占地面积约68,000㎡，建筑面积约90，000㎡。目前拥有员工约5000人，同时在杭州出口加工区设有一家装配工厂，在湖北襄樊设有研发人员培训基地。公司以成型为主体，成型后经过表面处理再进行以塑胶件为主的组装。目前拥有153台注塑机，4台镁合金全自动成型机，13条全自动喷涂生产线，近80个喷涂工位，4条全自动化学沉镀生产线，80台移印丝印机，约70条装配生产线。公司主要客户有东芝、富士通、NEC、SONY、日立、亚洲兄弟公司等。
本公司是一家大型正规企业，正常上班时间为一周五天每天八小时，除此之外的工作时间为加班，加班费完全符合劳动法规，公司提供食宿，办理养老、工伤保险、医疗保险及住房公积金
