The company is a wholly Japanese-owned enterprise and has passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001 certification, and obtained Sony Green Partner certification in 2002. The factory was established in 1990, located in Shajing Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, covering an area of approximately 68,000 square meters with a building area of approximately 90,000 square meters. Currently it has about 5,000 employees. It also has an assembly plant in Hangzhou Export Processing Zone and a research and development personnel training base in Xiangfan, Hubei. The company focuses on molding as its core business, and after molding, surface treatment is carried out before assembly mainly of plastic parts. At present, it has 153 injection molding machines, 4 fully automatic magnesium alloy molding machines, 13 fully automatic spraying production lines, nearly 80 spraying stations, 4 fully automatic chemical plating production lines, 80 pad printing and screen printing machines, and about 70 assembly production lines.
