Emdoor was founded in 2002 and is an innovative technology company operating under an ODM model, focusing on mobile terminals, industry application terminals, and IoT system solutions. Emdoor Information was established and began industry-customized business. 2010: Emdoor Digital was established and began entering the consumer mobile terminal market; tablet PC shipments accounted for about 20% of the white-label market. Emdoor Electronics became the CTE representative of MSC's value-added distributor in China. 2014: Emdoor Electronics became a value-added distributor of ANSYS in China. Emdoor Information formally entered the field of ruggedized tablets, focusing on vertical industry markets. Emdoor Digital worked with MTK to deeply cultivate the consumer tablet PC market. 2015: Emdoor VR was established and launched a split-type VR based on Intel main control chips. Emdoor Electronics became a value-added distributor of QT and TestPlant in China. Emdoor Information successfully launched a 10.1-inch Intel & Microsoft industry application ruggedized tablet. Emdoor Digital became a Google ODM strategic partner; teamed up with Intel to begin product development on the Core-m platform. 2019: Emdoor Electronics became a value-added distributor in China for multiple products including Eplan, GreenHills, and Minitab. Emdoor Information achieved full coverage of independent R&D of ruggedized products from small sizes to large sizes. Emdoor Digital began to deeply cultivate the AI Speaker field; AMD products shipped at scale; established deep cooperation with major Chinese network operators. Emdoor VR cooperated with ZTE on 5G projects; launched a standardized/modular split-type XR host. 2021: Emdoor Electronics established a Chengdu branch and actively expanded business in western China. Emdoor Information launched high-performance ruggedized products based on Qualcomm Snapdragon series and Intel i5/i7 series. Emdoor Digital began entering the gaming laptop and Xinchuang product markets. Emdoor VR launched interactive immersive VR experience products for Party building/science popularization/education; the 6DoF VR all-in-one machine Qiyu Dream, developed in cooperation with iQIYI, was officially released. 2022: Emdoor Electronics expanded its scale, and its Shanghai and Beijing offices relocated. Emdoor Digital and Intel jointly released the RiNow intelligent audio and video conferencing terminal. Emdoor VR launched a mature 6DOF R&D and production solution, as well as an MR device with VST functionality. Shenzhen Pingshan headquarters - Emdoor Tower topped out. 2023: Emdoor Information was listed (stock code: 001314), with diversified product line development. 2024: Emdoor Research Institute was officially established.
