医院由“北京鸿森集团”（煤化工、房地产、金融、医康养、文化旅游）与“哈尔滨医科大学附属*医院”合作共建。按照三级甲等综合医院标准建设和管理，集医疗、教学、科研、康复、保健和健康管理为一体的现代化三级综合医院；
一期建设投资10亿，总建筑面积5.4万平方米，目前开设床位500张。在海南省卫计委审批通过下开设30余个科室。医院整体构建秉承花园式设计，为患者营造温馨、舒适的治疗和康复环境，我院被列为海南省及三亚市重点项目、中俄医科大学联盟医院、三亚市残疾人精准康复定点医院。
二期将计划投资12亿，新增设床位800张，总床位数将达到1300张。同时二期将扩大员工公寓和专家公寓，为员工工作和生活提供*优质的服务和保障；
