China Automation Group Limited ("China Automation" and its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") is the largest integrated solution provider for safety and emergency control systems in the petrochemical industry in China, the largest local manufacturer of control valves, and one of the qualified suppliers of traction systems and auxiliary power related equipment for the railway industry in China.
