③3年以上制造业财务工作经验，其中至少1年海外派驻经历或涉外财务对接经验。
④具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够适应多文化工作环境，推动跨部门协作。抗压能力强，适应出差海外。
⑤熟悉OEM/ODM服装纺织行业的成本核算逻辑，有接触过运动、休闲服装品类者优先。
