My Gym

My Gym was founded in 1983 through the joint efforts of William Caplin and Yakov & Susi Sherman, with the first two centers located in Santa Monica and Van Nuys, California. Leveraging their professional expertise in early childhood education, kinesiology, sports, dance, and gymnastics, these founders developed a complete curriculum and teaching equipment that align with children's nature, aiming to help children build strong bodies, cultivate good social skills, and establish self-esteem and confidence through weekly structured classes.

In early 2009, My Gym came to China and opened its first center in Beijing. Advanced teaching equipment, well-trained teachers, numerous award-winning courses, and a reasonable student-to-teacher ratio have all earned My Gym an excellent reputation in China's early education field. My Gym has grown rapidly in China, and its footprint now spans most of the country. In 2010, My Gym China fully introduced Music Together, a leading American music early education program with over 30 years of history, and Abrakadoodle, one of the most comprehensive children's art education programs in the United States, making it one of the few one-stop comprehensive early childhood education institutions in China.

My Gym received the 'Top Ten Brand Children's Education Institutions in China' and 'Top Ten Brand Children's Education Institutions Most Trusted by Parents' in January 2011; and in December 2011, it was awarded 'Top Ten Children's Education Brands in China,' 'Children's Education Institution with the Most Brand Value in 2011,' and 'China's Most Reputable Children's Education Brand.'

Currently, My Gym has opened more than 500 children's education centers across 31 countries and regions worldwide, and millions of children enjoy My Gym's age-appropriate, non-competitive courses each year.
