The Kindergarten Affiliated to the Air Force Directly Under the Guangzhou Military Region was established in Wuhan in 1951, and moved to Guangzhou with the office in 1955. It is now located at No. 47 Tianhe Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. To meet the needs of education and teaching, our kindergarten plans to recruit 3-5 outstanding fresh graduates majoring in preschool education with a college degree or above in the near future. Applicants should love preschool education, possess good moral character and professional skills; be physically and mentally healthy, lively and cheerful in personality, dignified and generous in appearance, and of medium build; have good communication, organization, and coordination skills; speak standard and fluent Mandarin, and have good English proficiency and communication skills; have good grades in all subjects, and be competent for daily childcare and teaching tasks. Those with special talents in dance, music, or hosting, or those who served as club leaders or sports and cultural committee members during school are preferred. Once employed, our kindergarten will, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Guangdong Province, handle social insurance including pension, medical, unemployment, work-related injury, maternity, critical illness, and supplementary medical insurance for them, and they will enjoy the same housing provident fund, housing subsidy, holiday allowance, meal allowance, and other benefits as regular employees, and dormitories will be provided for single employees. The current salary management policy is as follows: for those who have worked for a certain number of years, the monthly salary (including bonus) for a college degree is about 3600 yuan, for a bachelor's degree 3800 yuan, and for a master's degree 4000 yuan. After one full year of work and an annual assessment of competent or above, the monthly salary increases by 300 yuan; from the second full year, it increases by 100 yuan per month; from the eleventh year, it increases by 50 yuan per month, with no upper limit. Salaries will also increase according to the kindergarten's financial situation and relevant national policies and wage levels.
