In February 2016, Dongzheng Ronghui Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. was formally established.
The company was formerly the Shanghai Branch of Northeast Securities Co., Ltd., which was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in June 2002 (CSRC institutional document [2002] No. 175) as one of the first institutions to obtain qualification for client asset management business, covering collective asset management, directional asset management, and special asset management businesses.
Closely following client needs and based on the current development status of domestic and international asset management businesses and the development trends of securities firms' asset management, the company has preliminarily formed a comprehensive wealth management product system covering the entire industry chain.

The company's asset management products have a wide investment scope, covering equities, fixed income, mixed assets, FOF, cash management, and other types of investment targets.
The fixed income team and equity investment team, with their excellent historical performance, have been fully recognized by investors and peers, and have won multiple awards in different fields.

In 2018, at the "Golden Bull Wealth Management Forum" organized by China Securities Journal, its product, Northeast Securities Fixed Income Rongtongbao No. 1 Collective Asset Management Plan, won the title of "2017 Golden Bull Broker Collective Asset Management Plan."
In 2017, at the "Golden Bull Wealth Management Forum" evaluation, Northeast Securities Rongda No. 10 Collective Asset Management Plan and Northeast Securities Rongzhi No. 1 Graded Collective Asset Management Plan won the title of "2016 Golden Bull Broker Collective Asset Management Plan."
In 2017, in the "Outstanding Members of China Bond Market" selection activity held by Central Government Bond Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd., Dongzheng Ronghui won the "Asset Management Institution Progress Award" for the 2016 China Interbank Bond Market.
In 2016, at the "Golden Bull Wealth Management Forum" organized by China Securities Journal, Northeast Securities Yuanbo No. 3 Collective Asset Management Plan and Northeast Securities Rongsheng No. 1 Collective Asset Management Plan won the title of "2015 Golden Bull Broker Collective Asset Management Plan."
In 2016, in the "China Outstanding Wealth Management Institution" selection organized by Securities Times, the Dongzheng Ronghui equity team won company products ranking 3rd and 6th in macro strategy and bond strategy, respectively, in the "2015 Eight Strategies Private Fund Return Ranking" held by Private Equity Ranking Network.

In 2015, the "Equity Investment Team" title was awarded, and Northeast Securities Rongsheng No. 1 Collective Asset Management Plan won the "Income Product" title for 2015.
