天津市公交集团(控股)有限公司是天津市从事公共交通客运的国有大型骨干企业,是集市内公共汽车、出租汽车客运、汽车修理、客车装配制造、汽车配件销售、汽车维修机具加工、机加工、广告、旅游、餐饮、物业管理等多种经营为一体的大型企业集团。由市政府直接授权进行国有资产经营，拥有各类企业112个。其中全资子公司16个；控股子公司2个；参股企业2个；事业单位2个；从事多种经营的中小企业90个。目前全集团拥有公交运营车辆4870部、运营线路297条，线路长度6964千米，年客运总量近6亿人次。企业还拥有出租客运车辆（含托管）9130部。
