The Group's core subsidiary, Wuhan Special Industrial Pump Factory Co., Ltd., is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of pump products. Its products are widely used in various sectors of the national economy, and the company's economic indicators have ranked first in the industry among the six central provinces for five consecutive years. Wuhan Xinlong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has successfully developed real estate projects such as "Jinyuan Huating," "Xinlong Heyuan," "Longyuan Yingxiang," and "Changqing No. 1," with cumulative sales exceeding 1.2 million square meters and unsold commercial housing area of 800,000 square meters. The "Huazhong Wengu · Zhiyin Shengtang" project developed by Wuhan Longyuan Cultural Tourism Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. is located in the Wuhan Sino-French Ecological Demonstration City, the birthplace of Zhiyin culture, with a total land area of approximately 528 mu and a total building area of 180,000 square meters.
