1. 本科及以上学历，电子/计算机/自动化等相关专业毕业；
2. 必须具备3年以上电子行业厂务控制系统自控工程师工作经验
3. 熟悉PLC、DCS等自动化设备的编程与调试，熟悉Intoch软件图控画面编辑、控制点位建立、控制程序修改与调试；
4.熟悉化学品，特气，纯、废水，PCW，无尘室，冷热源，机械空调等设施设备控制原理，可以完成系统优化，sensor维修，更换，新增设备控制上线等工作；
5.具备电子行业厂务FMCS系统发包建制、调试验收经验者优先考虑；
6. 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队协作能力。
岗位职责：
(1) 系统设计与开发：明确厂务系统监控需求，熟悉厂务设备控制系统的硬件和软件架构，编写控制逻辑、配置人机界面、数据库及报警系统功能；
(2) 系统集成与调试：将新增设备控制系统接入厂务FMCS系统，确保协议兼容，协调多系统联动，验证功能完整性，解决安装中的技术问题，优化控制参数；
(3) 运维与技术支持：自控系统故障排查，分析系统异常原因（如通信中断、传感器失效），提供快速解决方案；定期维护校准仪表、更新软件、备份数据，预防潜在风险；查找系统控制程序BUG并修复，图控画面缺失修改；
(4)培训与协作：人员培训，指导操作人员使用FMCS界面及报警处理，与部门内工程师、IT团队部门等协同工作；
(5)系统扩充，新增点位对接FMCS系统建点及监控画面修改；
(6)对系统体系文件进行新增/修订，保证系统运行按体系文件要求执行；
(7)协助电力工程师对配电室等弱电系统查出的缺失（品管部门检查、自查）按时进行整改；
(8)快速响应控制系统故障，排查FMCS系统异常状况，及时恢复系统运行；制定应急预案，参与应急演练，提升应对突发状况能力；
(9)新建项目FMCS系统建制施工协调，材料验收，品质管控，系统调试。
