3:掌握大模型(如DeepSeek、[LaMA等)原理及应用，具备智能体(Agent)、工作流设计与开发经验，熟悉RAG知识库构建及多模态大模型技术
4:工程化能力:具备langchain/dify等低代码平台的实际开发与部署经验，能够高效完成应用搭建和集成;
5:开发语言:熟练 Python，Shel编程语言;分析工具:熟悉 opencv，numpy等库的使用;算法基础:熟悉CNN、GAN、YOLO 系列等算法结构和原理;框架使用:熟悉 pytorch,Tensorflow
二、工作职责：
1.负责公司国产AI平台技术路线的选型、评估，协助内部团队完成推广工作
2.参与项目需求分析，完成与AI相关的软硬件方案设计、软件开发;
3、负责国产AI平台上底层软件、AI模型的开发、移植、优化及应用支持工作;
4、编写技术方案、文档、使用说明等，为内部团队和客户提供相关培训和技术支持;
5、根据公司战略需求，进行市场竟品调研和差异化分析。
