南池子美术馆位于北京市东城区南池子大街，毗邻故宫东华门，是经北京市东城区文化旅游局正式批准，北京市东城区民政局注册成立的民办非盈利美术馆。
美术馆于2021年4月正式对公众开放，主体是一座苏式园林建筑，场馆面积约1500平米，是传承了中国传统美学建筑特色同时具备国际展览标准的艺术空间。
作为一家位于老北京文化核心区域的非盈利美术馆，南池子美术馆致力于推动中国文化、艺术、建筑与世界的对话交流，展示中国当代美术馆的国际视角、理念。
