(formerly China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Decoration Company) was established in 1986 and completed the transformation of modern enterprise system in 2005. The registered capital is currently 200 million RMB. The company possesses Grade I qualifications for building decoration and renovation construction and Grade A for design, Grade I for building intelligentization construction, Grade I for building curtain wall construction and Grade A for design, and Grade I for metal door and window construction. It has formed five major business segments mainly including interior decoration, building curtain wall, building intelligentization, decoration design consulting, and decoration general contracting management, and is rapidly transforming into a decoration group enterprise with scientific management, intensive technology, and diversified industries. The company is headquartered in Shanghai, with eight regional branches in Dalian, Beijing, Xi'an, Jinan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, and three professional branches for curtain wall, design, and overseas. It undertakes architectural decoration construction and design tasks in more than sixty cities nationwide and abroad. It possesses integrated professional contracting capability for design and construction of interior decoration, building intelligentization, and building curtain wall.
