Zhongrong Xinda Group Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, is an international large-scale group enterprise focusing on energy and chemical industry, glass building materials, mineral resources, and logistics clean energy. The group headquarters is located in Qingdao, China. It ranks among the top ten logistics enterprises nationwide, ranks first in the country in terms of independent coking enterprise production capacity, and holds world-leading reserves of non-ferrous metal mineral resources.

　　　It owns the Puno Iron Ore Mine in Peru, with a controlled mining area of 263 square kilometers and 39 mining rights. Currently, 15 mining rights have been proven, with proven iron ore resources exceeding 3.9 billion tons, associated copper metal of approximately 3.68 million tons, and gold metal of approximately 247 tons.
