The Group was founded in 1999 and is a well-known leading information and communications technology service provider in Greater China, dedicated to providing a variety of innovative products and services to enterprise customers in cities across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region, including Multi-Protocol Label Switching Virtual Private Network (MPLS VPN), Internet connectivity, data centers, unified communications, and Internet security solutions. In August 2014, our VPN business unit was acquired by 21Vianet Data Center Co., Ltd. (stock code: VNET), a NASDAQ-listed company and China's largest carrier-neutral Internet data center service provider. In addition, since 2016, DYXnet and 21Vianet's Content Centric Internet Backbone (CCIB) unit have merged. The Group will reposition itself as a leading carrier-neutral network service provider in Greater China covering both VPN and public network services.
