Yunnan Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Co., Ltd. is a bottling plant authorized by The Coca-Cola Company to produce and sell the international soft drink brand "Coca-Cola" series products. The company was registered and established in 1995, located at A-2-10 Base, New High-tech Industrial Base, Kunming City, covering an area of approximately 293.4 mu. In response to Yunnan Province's strategy of building "Three Cards", Yunnan Swire Coca-Cola Majinpu Plant, from the early stages of design and construction, has referred to the standards and requirements for green factories under the "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)", introducing the concept of energy conservation for green factories. Photovoltaic power generation equipment has been installed on the roof of the main factory building, with an expected average annual power generation of approximately 4.9827 million kWh, and the generated electricity will be integrated into the national grid. The Yunnan plant is not only a green factory but also actively promotes public welfare and environmental concepts to local communities in Yunnan. The Yunnan plant, together with Coca-Cola China, the Economic and Technical Exchange Center of the Ministry of Commerce, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), will launch regional sustainable development projects in Honghe County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan. Since entering Yunnan in 1995, Yunnan Swire Coca-Cola has been rooted in the community and is committed to growing together with Yunnan society. A total of 11 Coca-Cola Hope Primary Schools have been built. Under the 520 project, based on the vast sales system of Swire Coca-Cola, the Yunnan plant has helped more than 10,000 retail practitioners by providing course training or network skills training, supporting their economic independence with modern basic business knowledge. Currently, Yunnan Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Co., Ltd. has provided more than 1,200 employment positions to society and created more than 12,000 job opportunities in the supply chain, and it continuously strives to improve employee training, development, salary, and welfare.
