"Kaiyuan International Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd." was established in 1993, and the design institute holds Grade A design qualification. Currently, the organization includes Guangzhou headquarters, Dongguan branch, Panyu company, Panyu modular standard design company, Northwest company, Ningxia company, Zhejiang company, Beijing office, Zhengzhou office, etc.; with 162 registered staff, 86 in Guangzhou (including two Italian registered architects and one New Zealand professor of healthcare and health management).
The company has a strong expert team, with particular expertise in the following building types:
Category 1: Medical buildings: hospital and maternal and child health hospital project planning, investment control, full-discipline engineering design, whole-process construction management, design research and construction status evaluation of hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals; it has undertaken more than 200 hospital projects, over 20 maternal and child health hospital planning and design projects, and more than 20 national research topics.
Category 2: Urban complexes, large-scale commercial buildings, residential developments, hotels, schools; subway stations, stadiums, tourism projects, winery special design;
Category 3: Multiple patents in the field of "modular" buildings; undertaking a large number of "urban planning, old city renovation, characteristic town construction", etc.;
Category 4: Interior decoration design for hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals, hotels, and commercial buildings;
Category 5: Specialized design for hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals; research on hospital intelligence and informatization, with projects across the country;
Category 6: Research on medical processes and management, research on "large health regional layout, investment control of medical projects, refined design of hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals," scientific configuration and supporting of soft decoration systems, etc.
