成都中科精密模具有限公司的前身是中国科学院成都科学仪器研厅制中心精密模具制造部，1998年经过改制和重组，于同年8月正式注册成立。公司位于成都市高新区科园南一路7号, 占地3000平方米,是一家专业从事开发、生产半导体及IC集成电路等精密塑封模具和精密冲压模为主的企业，是成都市模具工业协会常务理事单位，国家高新技术企业。
我公司先后引进了具有世界先进水平的各种精密加工设备和精密检测仪器,其中有韩国KIA公司加工中心、日本FANUC系统数控铣、日本三菱镜面电加工机床、瑞士夏米尔公司慢走丝线切割机床、美国和日本的高精密镜面成形磨床、美国MOORE公司座标磨床等加工设备；另外还有三座标测量仪，投影仪等检测仪器组成的生产线。并拥有一批经新加坡合作公司严格培训，技术过硬，经验丰富的工程设计人员和加工人员，具有先进的设计、加工工艺理念和加工能力。
