(2001), it is a financial intermediary service provider focused on providing professional services to clients to make loans easier for them. We acquire clients through both online and offline channels. Online, we mainly help JD Finance handle clients whose loans cannot be processed online. Based on different client qualifications, our company provides different information consulting services to assist clients in handling loans. Offline, we mainly collect orders in the market. Our company has cooperative relationships with banks such as China Everbright Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Ping An Bank, China Minsheng Bank, China Guangfa Bank, and Bank of China. Banks need us to provide clients. After clients from both online and offline channels successfully obtain loans, we charge appropriate service fees. Our company does not lend money; all funds are from banks. We also do not absorb deposits because it is unnecessary. The company only provides professional services to bank clients.
