Skyworth Group Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skyworth Group. The Company was established in January 2007. In accordance with Skyworth Group's "One, Three, Three, Four" transformation and development plan, the Company was restructured into a real estate group company in 2018, mainly engaged in real estate development and industrial park construction. Its headquarters is located in the High-tech Industrial Park, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, known as the innovative "Silicon Valley."
