Fengfa Group

On October 12, 2011, Jianda Group was separated from the District Construction and Transport Commission in terms of government and enterprise functions, and began independent operation. On May 18, 2015, with Jianda Group as the main body, Fengfa Group was established, transforming into an investment-holding enterprise group with comprehensive capabilities of "investment, financing, development, operation, and management." In December 2017, the Housing Management Group was established, integrating 10 housing management enterprises, and fully serving Fengxian's housing security undertakings. The headquarters of Fengfa Group has two offices, six departments, and two centers, under which there are 2 sub-groups and 18 subsidiaries, mainly engaged in 5 major business segments: real estate development, investment and financing management, design and construction, asset management, and urban services. The group's total assets amount to 42 billion yuan and net assets to 13 billion yuan, maintaining a healthy and good development status. The group and its subordinate enterprises have successively won major honors such as National Civilized Unit, National Workers' Pioneer, Shanghai Civilized Unit, Shanghai Major Project Merit Competition Excellent Company, and Shanghai Integrity Creation Enterprise. Various projects have received over 200 honors including the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, China Municipal Gold Cup Demonstration Project Award, Shanghai "Magnolia" Award, Shanghai Municipal Engineering Gold Award, Shanghai "Garden Cup" Quality Engineering Award, Shanghai Civilized Construction Site, Shanghai Safe Construction Site, and Shanghai High-Quality Structure.
