China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Decoration Company) was established in 1986, completed the transformation of modern enterprise system in 2005, and now has a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The company has qualifications for first-class building decoration construction and Class A design, first-class building intelligentization construction, first-class building curtain wall construction and Class A design, and first-class metal door and window engineering construction. It has formed five major business segments: interior decoration, building curtain walls, building intelligentization, decoration design consulting, and general contracting management of decoration, and is rapidly transforming into a decoration group enterprise with scientific management, intensive technology, and diversified industries. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company has eight regional branches in Dalian, Beijing, Xi'an, Jinan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, as well as three professional branches for curtain walls, design, and overseas operations, undertaking architectural decoration construction and design tasks in more than 60 cities across the country and abroad. Bajiu Decoration has always been among the top 100 enterprises in the domestic decoration industry, undertaking the design and construction of a large number of five-star hotel projects, such as the permanent venue of the Euro-Asia Economic Forum—Xi'an Kempinski Hotel, Shanghai Pudong's first five-star hotel—Sofitel Jinjiang Oriental Pudong, as well as Shenyang Wanxin Hotel, Sanya Marriott Hotel, Hainan Fupeng Sheraton Hotel, Sheraton Algiers Hotel, and Shanghai Qilu Courtyard by Marriott.
