Hubei Hailisiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. Its marketing network covers 212 regions and 1,827 counties across 34 provinces nationwide, and it maintains an annual growth rate of nearly 30%. Its headquarters is located at Mingshi No. 1, Shucheng Road, Xiongchu Avenue, Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Its production factory is located in the Biopharmaceutical Park of the High-tech Zone, and its logistics center is located in the Interconnection Port Logistics Park of Dongxihu District. In September 2016, Hailisiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Central Television, and since October 1 it has aired advertisements on CCTV channels.

In February 2017, Hailisiwei's standardized GMP factory (Phase II project) was completed, with a plant area exceeding 6,000 square meters, and is expected to be officially put into use in 2018.
