Chongqing Huayue Ecological Environment Engineering Research Institute

Chongqing Huayue Ecological Environment Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") was initiated and established in September 2017 by Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Yuelai Investment Group, Harbin Institute of Technology, Tongji University and other units. The Institute fully leverages its function as a transformation platform between basic research and applied R&D, and has rapidly developed into a full-process solution provider and comprehensive smart product service provider in the field of ecological environment governance. It has successively been approved as a "New-Type High-End R&D Institution" by the Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau and an "Independent Legal Entity New-Type Enterprise R&D Institution" by the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission. At the end of 2019, it was approved for "National High-Tech Enterprise" certification, passed ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO27001 Information Security Management System certifications, and was assessed and certified as a "AAA" credit enterprise by an institution filed with the People's Bank of China.
The Institute adheres to "building the Institute through technology and prospering it through the market," taking technology R&D as its foundation. At its inception, it engaged 8 academicians and experts to form an Expert Advisory Committee, emphasizing the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents including "*," the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan," and the "Hongyan Plan." It has gathered more than 50 talents including academicians, professor-level senior engineers, and senior engineers, covering multiple disciplines such as ecological environment protection, smart platform development, water supply and drainage design, and landscape architecture. Among them, the Huayue "1+1" Ecological Environment Governance Team led by Academician Ren Nanqi of the shareholder unit Harbin Institute of Technology was selected as a "Chongqing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team." Based on independent R&D and innovation, the Institute has successively produced a number of outstanding technological innovation achievements, created the "1+1 Ecological Steward" technology system, and integrated ecological technology systems such as comprehensive ecological environment governance, smart water affairs construction, and sponge city construction, as well as ecological smart products such as the plant-network-river full-element smart management and control system, mobile aeration unmanned boats, underwater monitoring robots, and microbial agents. It has carried out 5 scientific research projects in Chongqing and Shenzhen; applied for 7 invention patents (1 authorized), applied for 11 utility model patents (8 authorized), and registered 11 software copyrights.
The Institute consistently adheres to "building the Institute through technology and prospering it through the market," based in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and focusing on radiating to the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It has carried out work in watershed comprehensive governance, smart water affairs construction, and sponge city construction in Chongqing and Shenzhen. It has completed and is advancing nearly 20 related projects, including typical projects such as the Chongqing Panxi River Watershed Water Environment Comprehensive Improvement Project (contract amount of 1.1 billion yuan) and the Shenzhen Futian District Drainage Network "Building-by-Building Pipe Cleaning" and Smart Network Monitoring Platform (contract amount of 170 million yuan), with rich practical experience in water environment governance and other projects. With the development of various businesses, the Institute's enterprise scale has expanded rapidly and its economic strength has significantly increased.
The Institute always upholds the business service philosophy of "Long-lasting for green waters, wholehearted for green mountains," precisely focusing efforts and finely managing control, creating premium projects, honoring commitments and fulfilling missions, contributing its modest efforts to the ecological environment construction and sustainable development of Chongqing and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Currently, it has participated in projects such as smart water affairs development, ecological environment governance, and planning consulting in Shenzhen. Due to work needs, it is now recruiting several personnel including technical heads, project managers, and technical backbone staff.
