北京科尔顿酒店管理有限公司成立于2016年，目前集团公司与国际品牌酒店合作，前期开设了北京希尔顿欢朋酒店——房山希尔顿欢朋酒，于2017年8月25日正式运营，位于北京市房山区阎村镇阎富路66号,北京市互联网金融安全关业园区内，临近燕房线星城地铁站。同时抚州希尔顿欢朋酒店项目、保定希尔顿欢朋酒店项目也已经与签署合作协议、集团公司与希尔顿欢朋酒店管理公司签署战略合作协议，未来3-5年在全国范围内投资50家希尔顿欢朋酒店，旨在填补各个区域酒店服务业的不足，为政府、园区、企业、客户引入标准的服务，提升当地城市形象。
