Bio-Transduction Lab Co.Ltd (BT Lab) is composed of Wuhan Bio-Transduction Lab Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, and Bio-Transduction Jingjin (Wuhan) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., established in 2015.
BT Lab has been deeply engaged in molecular biology technologies in the DNA and mRNA fields. After 13 years of dedicated accumulation, it has established a unique set of solutions and strategies. At present, it provides mature technical services and products including vector construction, DNA amplification and gene cloning, whole gene synthesis, full-length sequencing of mitochondria and chloroplasts in ordinary and small animals, rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE), chromosome walking (WALKING), qPCR, plasmid extraction, TA cloning, microbial molecular identification, and competent cell preparation.
Since July 2018, BT Lab has begun process innovation and procedure optimization for routine technologies such as vector construction, plasmid modification, gene mutation, and whole gene synthesis. Over the past three years, technical services related to vector construction have achieved the intended goals of increasing speed, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. On the basis of ensuring an annual production capacity of up to 100,000+, the service unit price has dropped from 800 to starting at 200 yuan per unit, and the turnaround time has been extremely compressed to 3-7 working days. It has cumulatively continued to provide nearly 5,000 customers with nearly 100,000 customized construction and modification services, and more than 90% of orders can be completed successfully in a single attempt.
