1.主导解读落地EHS相关法律法规，搭建并迭代覆盖
安全、环境、职业健康的一体化管理体系（含制度、
考核机制），统筹ISO45001/ISO14001体系维护与外
部审核，确保合规前瞻性。
2.制定公司EHS战略规划，建立全周期风险管控体
系，运用专业方法开展高风险环节辨识与防控，推动
重大隐患根源性整改。
3.统筹环境全生命周期管理（废水/废气/固废处置），
推动节能减排项目落地，优化作业环境。
4.建立体系化EHS培训与文化传播体系，组织跨部门
应急演练，优化应急预案与资源配置，提升全员安全
素养及突发事件处置能力。
5.牵头跨部门EHS协同机制，推动EHS要求融入业务全
流程（设计/生产/供应链），对接政府监管部门与行业
机构，塑造企业EHS标杆形象。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程等相关专
业，持有中级及以上注册安全工程师资质，环境/职业
健康高级认证者优先。
2.6年以上EHS管理经验，3年以上大中型生产制造企
业EHS高级管理岗位经历，精通EHS法规与体系搭建
有重大合规整改或风险管控成功案例。
3.具备卓越的跨部门统筹协调、资源整合能力，熟练
掌握专业风险分析方法，有战略思维与创新意识，能
推动EHS管理模式迭代升级。
