Hangzhou NSK Automotive Components Co., Ltd. (NWSS) is a foreign-invested enterprise invested by NSK Investment Co., Ltd. (CHQ) in China. NSK Investment Co., Ltd. is the headquarters established in China by NSK Ltd. (NSK, the world's second-largest renowned bearing manufacturer), fully responsible for production, technology, sales, and operations in mainland China. Since the establishment of the Beijing office in 1992, NSK has set up more than 30 production, R&D, and sales companies and their subsidiaries across China.
Hangzhou NSK Automotive Components Co., Ltd. (NWSS) specializes in the production and sales of automotive electric power steering systems, with a registered capital of USD 51.4 million and a total investment of USD 126 million. The company was established in March 2008 and officially commenced production on January 25, 2010. In 2011, it passed TS16949 quality system and ISO14001 environmental system certifications. In 2017, sales reached RMB 3.5 billion, with tax payments of RMB 217.72 million, ranking 7th in tax contribution in Xiaoshan.
