Sunsea Heng Lian Communication Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, founded by a group of engineering and technical personnel from the former Post and Telecommunications Design Institute of the Ministry of Information Industry, who have rich experience, have participated in multiple major domestic and international information and communication engineering project designs, and have long been engaged in management work.
It holds Class A qualifications for communication engineering survey and design, and General Contracting Grade I for communication engineering construction, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; Class A qualification for communication information network system integration enterprise, issued by the China Association of Communication Enterprises; Class B qualification for engineering consulting, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China; Grade II qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting, issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province; and the title of High-tech Enterprise, issued by the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, etc.
In February 2012, it was acquired by the listed company Shenzhen Sunsea Communication Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation "Sunsea Communication", stock code 002313). In May of the same year, after restructuring, it was renamed Henan Sunsea Heng Lian Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
Since its establishment over ten years ago, the company has continuously expanded its scale, steadily enhanced its technical strength, and has always maintained a steady and rapid development trend. It has set up branches or offices in Guangdong, Hunan, Sichuan, Shanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, Liaoning, Beijing and other provinces (autonomous regions). Its business scope covers communication engineering design, construction, maintenance, and information intelligence.

In the 2012-2014 Henan Communication Enterprise Credit Evaluation Activity organized by the Henan Provincial Communications Administration, Henan Provincial Credit Construction Promotion Association, and Henan Provincial Communication Industry Association, our company won the honor of "Henan Communication Industry (Construction) Credit Enterprise"; in the first batch of information and communication industry enterprise credit rating evaluation activities in 2015 organized by the China Association of Communication Enterprises, it was awarded the AAA-level credit enterprise for construction, design consulting, and operation and maintenance services.
