The company was established in 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 66 million. After only three years of entrepreneurship, the company held its official listing ceremony on November 20, 2015, at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, landing on the Qianhai Stock Exchange's New Third Board (NEEQ), becoming the first listed company in China's home intelligent medical device industry.
