泰康仙林鼓楼医院是泰康保险集团旗下医、教、研一体化三级综合医院，是南京鼓楼医院集团成员，其前身是南京市仙林鼓楼医院，2015年9月，泰康战略投资该院；2016年4月医院成为南京大学医学院附属医院；2017 年6月医院正式更名为泰康仙林鼓楼医院，并于2018年7月挂牌武汉大学泰康仙林鼓楼临床学院；2018年11月医院与美国西奈山医院达成长期合作并成为西奈山医院附属医院。
医院建筑与山脉、水体等自然景观融合，引入湖光山景，为患者营造静心颐养的“疗愈花园”。一期床位500张，主要由基本医疗区、国际医疗和康复区、医学培训中心三大功能区组成，二期计划于2023年建成，届时，医院整体床位数将达到1400张。
